By participating in the Umran Green School (UGS) programs, students and participants agree and acknowledge that:
Photos, videos, and recordings may be captured during classes, workshops, and events for documentation, academic, and promotional purposes.
Any video, photo, or content created by participants for UGS may also be used by UGS for educational and promotional use, including but not limited to social media, websites, reports, and advertisements.
Once integrated into edited content (combined videos, montages, or published material), individual videos or photos cannot be deleted or removed without causing substantial loss and additional labor for the organization.
UGS is a safe, respectful, and educational platform. We ensure that all content is used decently and strictly for academic or promotional purposes that align with UGS’s vision of learning and community building.
By joining the program, participants trust UGS with the use of media content while UGS remains committed to maintaining ethical standards in its use.
Participants can opt-out from individual recording upon prior request before the event begins. After recording or publication, withdrawal will not be possible in combined edited content.
If any participant has concerns, they are encouraged to communicate before the event or recording begins.
