1. • Play a video that showcases the UGS vision, mission, and key achievements.

1. Director’s Speech (10 minutes)

1. • The Director provides an inspiring speech about UGS and the importance of the program.

1. Introduction of Program (Duration, attendance, penalty policy, Culture Program) (10 minutes)

1. • Discuss the program’s structure, duration, attendance requirements for classes and Culture program, and penalty policy.

1. Introduction of Teachers (10 minutes)

1. • Each teacher introduces themselves briefly and welcomes students.

1. Timetable (5 minutes)

1. • Review the timetable and course schedule with the participants.

1. Game (15 minutes)

1. • Conduct a fun and engaging icebreaker game to foster interaction and build rapport among participants.

1. Q & A or Feedback (15 minutes)

1. • Allow participants to ask questions or provide feedback about the program.

1. Closing (5 minutes)

1. • Thanking everyone and wishing successful semester.
