Financial Benefits: How Teachers and Staff Can Benefit Financially by Volunteering with Umran

As a non-profit organization, Umran offers equal opportunities for all members to work, earn, and expand their skills and become leading members. Each school is responsible for its own budget and any donations, government grants, or sponsorships made to a particular school will be transferred to the respective school’s account. The head of the school will allocate and use the budget for departmental growth, and every budget-related action will be approved first by the Director or Deputy Director and followed up by the Coordinators. A portion of the grant funds will also be donated to the Foundation.

The decentralized structure of Umran provides more freedom in work and supports the growth of Umran and its endeavors. Staff members are allowed to seek funding and sponsors for their own departments. The school will also organize different events, talks or workshops for advertisement purposes. An HOD will be appointed for a year on a rotating basis, and the department’s qualified applicants or academic staff will be offered the chance to become the HOD. If more than one individual is qualified for the position, the committee will choose one of the applicants by a random drawing.
