The UGS Scholarship Policy ensures transparency, fairness, and community responsibility. Students are encouraged to read and understand all guidelines carefully before enrolling. It is a community-based model—that is to say, it is run by volunteers selected from among the students who receive the scholarship. UGS is not a service; it is a shared space. Everyone who joins UGS is expected to engage actively, take responsibility, and contribute to its growth. In any case of failure, UGS is not individually responsible. Rather, the community (students and teachers) must coordinate and cooperate to rebuild, sustain, promote, and cultivate the program. It is not run by the efforts of one person, but through collective effort and mutual respect.
Liability Statement
UGS operates as a community-based learning platform where the responsibility for operational continuity—including class schedules, teacher availability, and program execution—is shared among students, teachers, and administrators.
As a collective learning space, it is essential that students:
✔️ Attend scheduled classes and participate actively.
✔️ Communicate any concerns to the administration promptly.
✔️ Contribute to the spirit of cooperation and understanding rather than placing individual blame.
Responsibility & Learning Continuity
UGS is committed to providing a structured and high-quality learning experience. As a community-based initiative, we work collaboratively with students, teachers, and administrators to ensure the smooth operation of our programs.
However, participants should recognize that certain factors may affect course delivery. In such cases, UGS will take reasonable measures to address challenges, but we cannot be held liable for:
- Unavoidable schedule changes or adjustments in class timelines.
- Temporary teacher unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Student performance-related outcomes, including failure to meet course completion requirements.
Scholarship Model & Registration Fee
UGS follows a selective scholarship model where:
📌 Only students who pass the UGS entrance exam are eligible to register.
📌 Students who selected for the program are the UGS community and part of operation and growth.
📌 UGS does not charge a course fee—it provides free education under the scholarship model.
📌 Students pay a nominal and non-refundable registration fee per level (e.g., ₹2000 (A1.1) | ₹2500 (A1.2) etc.), which covers:
- Administrative costs
- Teacher training and resources
- Exams and certification
The UGS Language Scholarship covers 100% of the tuition cost. However, students are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee (e.g., ₹2000 (A1.1) | ₹2500 (A1.2) etc.) which is mobilized to support UGS’s operational sustainability. This amount is not a course fee and is not refundable under any circumstance, even if the student is disqualified, withdraws, or fails to complete the course requirements.
Community-Based Responsibility
As a non-profit, volunteer-driven initiative, UGS thrives on cooperation, understanding, and shared responsibility rather than claims or blame. Our mission is to provide accessible education, and we urge all participants to uphold the values of mutual respect, patience, and collective effort in ensuring the success of this initiative.
UGS and its administration work tirelessly and selflessly to create a meaningful educational impact within the scope of its community-based structure.

- Students are free to repeat the level if they fail the course by paying 550 Rs, but they will not be promoted to the next level. In such a condition, the student must have a valid reason for repeating the course.
- Exceptional circumstances (medical, family emergencies) may be considered at the discretion of UGS administration if documented evidence is provided.
UGS envisions expanding opportunities for students, particularly girls, to pursue language studies or other courses abroad, gradually providing them with valuable international exposure and educational experiences.
Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a disciplined and enriching learning environment at UGS.
